By inviting Styz to a Discord server, or by accessing our dashboard at https://styz.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Styz or the dashboard.
Styz is a Discord bot providing moderation, auto-moderation, a leveling/XP system, a ticket support system, an economy system with a virtual server currency, giveaways, custom commands, music playback, and related server-management features, configurable through our web dashboard.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (13, or higher where required by local law) to use Styz. By using the bot or dashboard, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Server owners and staff who configure Styz (moderation settings, automod rules, custom commands, economy settings, etc.) are responsible for how those features are configured and used within their own server. We are not responsible for moderation decisions, automated actions, or content generated by custom commands that server staff configure.
Styz's economy system uses a virtual, in-server currency with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside of the bot's own systems. Balances may be reset, adjusted, or removed at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, exploits, or server removal.

Styz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate access to Styz or the dashboard for any account, server, or user found to be violating these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law, without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styz and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot or dashboard, including moderation actions, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms as Styz's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
